APPLICATIONS
   The plastic moulding machine sets always required a precise temperature control on the plastification cylinder.Concerning the extruders and the PVC injection moulding machines this temperature control becomes even more relevant. These plants are potentially exposed to a bigtemperature oscillation caused by a double heating contribution coming from both the electric band heaters on the cylinder and the friction phenomena created by theincreasing pressure of the plastic material flowing within the barrel.Furthermore, minimizing the thermal dispersion is particularly important in order to allow energy saving and to insure a safe construction of the plantThe manufacturing technology in this process has to guarantee both the thermal insulation and a precise temperature control.Ventilisorad is an insulated case provided with a specific supporting plate for the fan connection.The utilization of Ventilisorad and its fan allows to quickly reduce the temperature increased by the friction effects and the inertia of the electric band heaters byguaranteeing a uniform temperature distribution throughout the cylinder.In order to meet the market needs Masterwatt is able to design and manufacture circular and octagonal Ventilisorad shapes according to customers’ specifications andrequests. Moreover Masterwatt can support customers machine designs by setting the entire cylinder heating system on the basis of simple binding geometrical inputs.Masterwatt normally manufactures the frame in Stainless steel AISI 304, stainless steel AISI 430 is also available on request.
