Atmosphere Controlled Furnace

Use of Tube Furnaces for Controlled Atmosphere applications are common in Research. The negative side of Tube Furnaces are their obviously limited useful volume which are dependant on the inner tube diameter. For Researchers that require a larger volume to work with relatively larger samples the solution is atmosphere controlled box furnaces.  The ACF series furnaces which can operate under several atmospheres upto temperatures of 1800ºC, will be a handy and reliable alternative. Incooperated with a sideways opening lid ,this series have the option of very tight gas flow control , under optional Mass Flow controllers. In addition to the usual Kanthal Super heating element application, we now have  Graphite based ACF series Molibdenum Disiliside based heating elemets are quite prone to atmopshere effects during operation wehere as Graphite is almost inert to any application other than oxygen related vacuum pumps will also be supplied optionally. Applicable temperatures vary in between 1600 - 1800ºC. For these series exclusively Programmable controllers with RS485 interface are used. In order to ease movement of the relatively heavy casing, these furnaces are placed on wheels.
