High Temperature Chamber Furnaces
Kanthal Super Molibdenum Disiliside Heated Chamber Furnaces cover the range of 1500°C to 1800°C. MoS-B series of furnaces are Table Top applications and cover a range of 1-8 litres, with elements placed at sides of chamber. In this range we think our 1-2 litre furnaces are quite interesting for those who require the temperature but not the volume. For small samples these furnaces will provide a very economical solution.
We, together with this cataloque, are also introducing MoS-F series where the furnace is placed onto a self standing case. For relatively large volumes this series is quite handy considering the wheeled structure. With our usual double skin construction and a very high grade insulation all of these furnaces give extremely good heat insulation, keeping the outer case cool. Vertical and manual lifting door has a safety switch to cut off power while open. An independent Over Temperature Control is available optionally whereas Alarm relay to cut off power whenever necessary as a safety measure is standard. All Protherm controllers are applicable for this series.
Applications for this series include almost all high temperature sintering processes such as Ceramic, Dental and Material Research.
