Rotary Furnace

Rotary Furnaces are split furnaces especially for powder processing. We now introduce two versions of  maximum operating temperature,1100°C and 1500C. Although applied heated zone length can be modified according to Customer requirements ,the standart Heated length is 400/500mms. Also optionally these furnaces can have three independently controlled zones to allow a temperature gradient to be achieved. Depending on the oparational temperature we can offer a variety of tube sizes. Tube length also is based on Customer requirements. Quartz or Recrystallized tubes are used and processing  under an inert atmosphere is possible. The rotation of work tube and the tilting can be controlled very easily. Rotation speed can be adjusted 0 to 12rpm.The tilting angle can also be regulated between 0 - 15°. Vibrating feeder is provided optionally.
