Working Principle:
The powder raw materials and adhesives are fully mixed into humid mixture by the help of impellers rotating inside the cylindrical body. Then it is cut into uniform granules by the high-speed rotating chopper at the side.
Features:

2). The main shaft is equipped with air sealing. Can be changed into water when cleaning;
3). Ball-type granules, good fluidness;
4). Compared with the traditional process, it can reduce 25% of adhesive and the drying time can be shorted;
5). The time of mixing in drying is 2-minutes each batch, and the time of granulating will cost 1-4 minutes. Compared with the traditional process, efficiency rises 4-5 times;
6). All the process, like dry-mixing, humidity-mixing and granulating can be finished in one sealed container. Which meet the standards of GMP. So it obviously can reduce Process, Which is a good choice in granulating process. And the whole operations have strictly safety and protective measures.
