Main Application:
This machine is widely used for some feeble electrical substances & High Temperature resistance materials, like spice, resin powdering, coatings of chemicals, mainly used in medical, pharmacy, and foodstuff industry.
Specialty:
The machine utilize high speed rotating discs, connecting with stationary discs, the materials are been impacted, cut, grinded between the rotating and stationary discs, which gets a good milling result. And in the meantime, there will be a strong airflow produced inside the chamber during the milling process, this air-flow will take the heat and the finished powder together out of the grinding chamber, and then pass through the mesh screen. The finished powder's mesh size can be adjusted by changing a different sized mesh screen.
Working Principle:
The machine utilizes the relative movement between the rotating and stationary discs, which makes the materials been grinded by the impact and friction between the discs. The grinded out powders are pushed out from the grinding chamber by the help of centrifugal force caused by the discs' rotating, then pass through the mesh screen, and drop down into the collecting bags. Some mini powder dust will be filtered and reclaimed by the dust-collection container. The machine has equipped with water-cooling unit around the grinding chamber and bearing blocks, which makes sure the bearing’s better long servicing time. The machine is designed by the GMP standards, stainless steel made, No dust flying situation. Improving the utilization ratio, reducing the cost.
