Features:
1.The operation and interval time of KGVB is controlled by PLC and should work with CEB Grease
Volume Distributor.
2.CEB Grease Volume Distributor is designed as a singular outlet with fixed discharge volume that each
lubricating point has equal amount of lubricant. There are different types of discharge volume options
such as 0.03, 0.06, 0.10, 0.16, 0.20, 0.30, 0.40, 0.50 cc/stroke upon request. Grease will feed during
the operation time of the lubricator.
3.It has a pressure-regulating valve, which can adjust the pressure and easy to check the pressure from
the pressure gauge
4.Pressure switch is added as a standard accessory for checking if the piping works normally. The
standard setting is at 30 bar and the standard specification is NC (Normal Close) contact, which
means if the pressure doesn't reach the default setting, it sends an alarm signal. NO (Normal Open)
contact is available on request.
5.Capacitive Level Swtich is an optional accessory that can be added upon request. It sends
continuous signal automatically when the grease level is lower than the minimum level.
6.It used a high quality alloy steel gear pump and induction motor that not only has steady output
pressure and low noise, but also can assure each lubricating point with output of grease.
7.The induction motor is with a fan that can efficiently reduce the temperature and prolong the life cycle
of the lubricator.
8.Recommend to work with 1/4” high pressure flexible hoses.

Application of Machines Equipment:
1. It can be used for the machines requiring strictly rationing grease flow.
2. It can be specially used for the machines requiring large grease output and large pressure output.
3. It is usually used for such as projecting and processing machines.
