Pulley Pulley with Bunting Magnetic Rail
The application of the Magnetic Headroller (Pulley) this unit will extract the iron particles from the materials conveyor on belt and carry these irons to the underside of the belt where they are removed and collected separated. Is to replace the drive roller at the release (the end) of the belt conveyors. The iron particles will be separated by the Pulley over a partition plate.
แม่เหล็กชนิดนี้จะทำหน้าที่แทน Pulley ของสายพานลำเลียง เพื่อกำจัดเศษเหล็กและโลหะออกจากวัตถุดิบ ที่เคลื่อนมาบนสายพาน โดยที่แม่เหล็กจะดูดเศษเหล็กไปยังใต้สายพาน แล้วจึงปล่อยทิ้งให้ตกไปในถังเก็บเศษเหล็ก โดยที่ไม่ต้องหยุดการทำงานภายในระบบ อีกทั้งไม่จำเป็นต้องใช้คนทำความสะอาด อุปกรณ์แม่เหล็กชนิดนี้ ทำหน้าที่เป็นตัวขับเคลื่อนสายพาน โดยใช้มอเตอร์เป็นตัวขับ Pulley อีกที สามารถสร้างและ ออกแบบได้ทุกขนาด ตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน
