Permanent magnetic bar separator can be installed at any point in solid or liquid material flows. This construction has a high degree of corrosion resistance and is quick and easy to clean. Used under normal circumstances. The standard diameter of the separator tubes is 25 mm. And the ends have M6, M8 threaded holes. With the varise length size according to the customer requirements. Magnetic bar casing stainless steel thickness 0.8 mm. with waterproof sealed of both end-sides. Suitable for particles of 25-30 micron and upwards. Standard operating temperature 80°C up to 180°C
แม่เหล็กถาวรชนิดแท่ง สามารถนำไปติดตั้งได้เกือบทุกจุดในระบบลำเลียงหรือในกระบวนการผลิต ซึ่งมีวัตถุดิบเป็นทั้งของแข็ง หรือของเหลวไหลผ่านก็ได้ โดยมาตรฐานของแม่เหล็กแท่ง จะมีขนาดของเส้นผ่าศูนย์กลาง อยู่ที่ 25 มล. ส่วนความยาวนั้นสามารถออกแบบได้ทุกขนาดและตวามต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน โดยทำการเจาะเกลียว ที่หัวและท้ายของแม่เหล็กแท่ง ทั้งสองด้านหรือด้านใดด้านหนึ่งก็ได้ ตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน โดยทั่วไปจะอยู่ที่ ขนาด M6 และ M8 เพื่อความสะดวกในการติดตั้ง วัสดุที่นำมา Cover จะใช้ Stainless Steel ซึ่งถือเป็นวัสดุที่มีคุณภาพสูง และมีข้อดีหลายอย่าง สำหรับความหนาที่นำมาใช้นั้นอยุ่ที่ 0.8 มล. ซึ่งสามารถทนแรงดัน หรือแรงกระแทกได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ แม่เหล็กแท่งชนิดนี้ทำการประกอบแบบกันน้ำเข้าข้างใน ตัวแม่เหล็ก และสามารถถอดไปทำความสะอาดได้ง่าย สามารถทนความร้อนได้ตั้งแต่ 80°C จนถึง 180°C
