the Kal-Gard ( Fluoro Polymercoating ) range of industrial coatings offer a combination of low friction andcorrosion resistance for application to threaded fasteners for off shore andland based installations,as well as the automobile and other industries.
We can offer spray applied coatings for stud bolts, where resistancetoenvironmental corrosion and low maintenance are major requirements, with theadded advantage of controlled friction to ensure bulk application ( eg. by dipor dip-spin ) to small fasteners used in the automotive&buildingindustries.
We also have coatings which offer at temperatures up to 260 C.
in addition the non-stick lubricating coatings are low temperature cured at-200C and are available in a range of colors. These find uses in automotive andindustrial applications where lubricity properties are required in addition toother properties.
