?Heat Distortion Tester is a tester to test the test specimen under a specific heating rate and to a specific load to measure the temperature of which deformation or the VICAT softening point occurs. Start the test by putting a specific amount of load to the specimen and heat it with a specific heating rate. Repeatedly measure the temperature at which certain deformation occurs (HDT Test) or the temperature at which the loading rod penetrates into the specimen for a certain amount of depth.
