Mixed MSW (MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE)
is a general term for recyclable waste, organic waste, hazardous waste, combustible waste, etc.
Jono has independently developed the MSW mechanical biological treatment (MBT) technology, and launched the automatic disposal scheme of waste classification and treatment smart factory. After the intelligent separation of mixed MSW, the disposal path for products includes: Aerobic/Anaerobic fermentation to produce high-quality biological fertilizer; plastic granulation; production of high calorific value refused derived fuel RDF.
Organic waste
mainly includes kitchen waste?food waste and garden waste.
Organic waste treatment process currently has the grim situation of the complex design and environmental control of production plant due to it has perishable and odorous characteristics. Comparing the organic waste treatment process waste characteristics between China and Europe, JONO adopts MBT processing and coprocessing modes to realize a higher recovery of organic waste.
Industrial waste
is the waste produced by industrial activity which includes any material that is rendered useless during a manufacturing process such as that of factories, mills, and mining operations. Types of industrial waste include dirt and gravel, masonry and concrete, scrap metal, oil, solvents, chemicals, scrap lumber, etc. Industrial waste may be solid, semi-solid or liquid in form. It may be hazardous waste (some types of which are toxic) or non-hazardous waste. Industrial waste may pollute the nearby soil or adjacent water bodies, and can contaminate groundwater, lakes, streams, rivers or coastal waters.
Recyclables Waste
is defined as recycled waste, such as paper, cardboard, plastic,metal,synthetic materials,etc.
The dry-wet separation method can separate out the dry waste, effectively control the secondary pollution in the process of collection and transportation, also simplify the subsequent processing.
By reason of the advanced mechanical sorting technology, we can set up a simple line or automatic sorting plant according to the final demand of the sorted products.
