Each transformer is skillfully designed utilizing a vast accumulation of engineering experience and numerous checks thru computer programs, research data and testing data (i.e., Heat Run and Impulse Testing), attaining minimum hot spots, allowing overload capabilities and optimum life expectancy. All equipment is designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with latest U.L., NEMA, cUL, IEEE and ANSI Standards, Sound Levels are Below Published Standards.
A solid ground connection is made between the core, the core clamping members and the transformer mounting members. A flexible copper strap grounds the enclosure to the transformer mounting members. This ground point may be used to ground the neutral of the secondary, if desired, and/or to ground to the building ground. An external ground lug or stud will be provided is requested.
