The main case and hopper are made by steel and equipped steel frames and 4 load cells.
The discharge door is opened by a air motion valve.
The conveyor system above the scale is controlled by the PLC program and a computer with an auto batching software. This program can do the automatic batching and save more than 100 recipes. All the batching data can be printed and reported as:
1 Batch report by each time.
2 Batch report pershift, per day and per month.
3 Recipes report
4 Raw materials consumption report per shift, per day , per month and per recipe.

The auto batching software can cooperate with PLC and control the screw conveyor system to load raw materials automatic or manual. The batching time will less than 300 seconds (8 bins)
