• Shell freezing of the flask rolling type for freezing at a temperature below eutectic point.
• During drying in accordance with the design structure of the flask rolling type, the complete elimination of effervescence and dissolution of a sample and the preliminary freezing of the membrane form suppress hardening of the sample’s surface and the freezing state of concentration and aging, obtaining the result of desiccation.
• During desiccation, the display of degree of vacuum must be clear to recognize the sample temperature accurately.
Developing and installing a digital vacuum indicator to improve on the disadvantage of the existing analog indicator led to a further improvement in quality of the freeze-during products.
