Roughing end mill with round knuckle profile.
Application:
Suitable for:
• 68 m/min cutting speed (vc) in unalloyed quenched and tempered steels up to 750 N/mm2, unalloyed case-hardening steels up to 750 N/mm2, nitriding steels up to 750 N/mm2.
• 55 m/min cutting speed (vc) in unalloyed quenched and tempered steels up to 900 N/mm2, unalloyed case-hardened steels up to 900 N/mm2, nitriding steels up to 900 N/mm2, tool steels up to 900 N/mm2.
• 55 m/min cutting speed (vc) in alloyed quenched and tempered steels up to 1100 N/mm2, alloyed case-hardened steels up to 1100 N/mm2, alloyed tool steels up to 1100 N/mm2.
• 28 m/min cutting speed (vc) in sulphuretted stainless steels up to 700 N/mm2, austenitic stainless steels up to 850 N/mm2.
• Free cutting steels, free cutting stainless steels, aluminium and non-ferrous metals.
• Applicable with emulsion with at least 4 % grease content (for tapping at least 8 %).
