TriSep's Turboclean technology was developed for ultra clean operation in microbiologically sensitive applications.The outer shell contains and protects the spiral wound element.The TurboClean element fits closely inside the pressure vessel,eliminating the need for brine sealsThis design allows the bypass flow around the outside of the element to be carefully controlled.
Sanitary design
The standard cage or net wrap design traps microbes in the outer mesh.TurboClean completely eliminates dead spaces that can trap microbiological organisms.This new technology includes:
- Single piece TurbiClean outer shell
- Elimination of brine seals
- Special manufacturing technique that eliminates end seal stagnant areas
- Exclusion of fiberglass or adhesive tapes that can leach organic aterials
Tubo Action
The TurboClean design provides for greater turbulence in the bypass flow.This high vevocity vortex flow results in a constant scrubbing of the exterior of the membrane element.
