Animal Pellet Mill (Model: PM-53RW)
The inlet path has equipped with a discharge door that is controlled by a air cylinder and cooperate with the loading of the main motor. If the main motor is overload, the feeder will be stopped and the discharge door will be opened automatic.
The die in the chamber is made by high chromium alloy steel and fasten by clamps. It is easy for replace a new die.
The rolls combination is designed for easy adjusting the clearance between rolls and the die.
The rear side of the main shaft has equipped with a shearing force plate that can prevent the die from breakdown when overloaded.
Driven by a 250HP6P motor.
The inner dimension of the die is 530mm and the working width is 192 mm.
Capacity : 9~10 TPH. (pellets with 4.0mm dia. hole)
Rolls : overall diameter is 250 mm.
