Traditionally used to finish metal molds & dies, ultrasonic polishing enables precision finishing in the tiniest areas! SonoCraft uses high-frequency low-amplitude ultrasonic vibration to reach into the tiniest places to clean and burnish — leaving an extremely bright burnished surface.

The ST-50 comes with one burnishing tip and works on softer metals such as gold and silver. It operates in a continuous mode with a constant fast impact governed by a Variable Rheostat dial. Used for burnishing and polishing. There is very little vibration transmitted through the handpiece so it can be used comfortably for long periods of time. Made in Japan.

Handpiece has BZT electrostrictive tranducer, 79" cord length, M6 screw thread, and measures 4-7/16"L x 11/16" tapering to 5/8" diameter.  Weighs just 7.1 ounces.
