UV disinfection

        StreamLine UV units use monochromatic (254 nm) conventional low-pressure (LP) UV lamps.

        A higher chance of microbiological recovery from LP UV damage has been shown in certain pathogenic microorganisms such as E. coli O 157:H7 (zimmer, 2003)
       
        The base of all StreamLine UV units is a high quality stainless steel irradiation chamber.
