Industrial Oven

All our XL industrial ovens are strongly ventilated for the accuracy and homogeneity of the temperature in the volume. They are easy to use, having both functional and practical equipment.

     A solid construction for lasting performance.

• Eight models with interior volumes from 125 to 1800 liters.
• The inner casing is made of corrosion resistant stainless steel, bright polished.
• The outer casing is made of steel plate, finished in a tough stoved epoxy paint (white and blue colors).
• No contact between inner and outer casing and an optimised insulation minimises heat dissipation and energy use.
• The walls and the door are insulated with glass wool, safe for users. The insulation is 110mm thick, ensuring efficient operation, low external temperatures and excellent thermal stability.
• The insulation and the gasket are asbestos-free.

The centrifugal blower is located at the top of the oven, shielded from the workspace by a stainless steel baffle.
Air is drawn into the fan from the top in the centre of the oven and passes over the temperature sensor and the sheathed heating elements. The heated air is distributed in the bottom of the oven through the whole width and then re-circulated by the fan.
The air circulation cannot be stopped, but an adjustable fan speed device can be installed as an option.

 A 60, 80 or 100mm diameter exhaust vent (depending on the model) is provided on the top of the oven with an adjustable valve to control the exhaust air flow. A mechanical extraction can be added as an option to increase the exhaust air flow.

No-wear switching (solid state relay) is used to activate and deactivate the heating elements.

  The regulation made by the France-Etuves C3000 controler guarantees the highest possible temperature stability. 

The temperature time fluctuation is less than few tenths of degree. Temperature controller is microprocessor based, we design and program it specifically to meet your requirements. It provides a high accuracy and prevents the set temperature from being exceeded and it offers all functions that users need. Digital LEDs display set and actual temperatures as well as remaining process time.
Safety devices: An independant safety controller (Class 3.1 protection), with a visual alarm, cut out with an adjustable upper limit, your products and the oven.
An independent over temperature thermostat cut out has an adjustable upper limit, giving a Class 2 protection.

 The PID digital controller FRANCE-ETUVES C3000 provides the following functions:

• Pt100 ? sensor in 3-wire-circuit.
• Set and actual temperature display.
• Delayed start: from 1mn to 99h59 mn.
• Heating ramp.
• Heating timer: 0 to 99h59 mn.
• Repeat loop.
• Buzzer at the end of the cycle.
• Overtemperature cut out.
