Application:
The paddle type SPDT NFSseries are designed to provide excellent performance where accuracy,reliability, and rugged construction are required used in liquid flow lines andprosphor bronze and/or classified as a hazardous fluids.
They can be wired to closeone circuit and open a second corcuit when liquid flow either exceeds or dropsbelow the adjusted flow rate.
The NFS series arerecommended for liquid pressure and temperature as mentioned below and must notbe used on lines carrying liquids with highsalt or chlorine content but is notfor use in hazardous atmoshperes.
They may be also usedoutdoors but must be protected from weather or splashing water.
All series NFS flowswitches are designed for use only as operating controls.
Where an operation controlfailure would result in personal injury and/or loss of property, it is thereponsibility of user to add safety devices that protect agianst, orsupervisory systems that warn of control failure.
