คุณลักษณะเครื่องกวนสารละลายพร้อมเตาความร้อน (Hot Plate Stirrer) ::
ปริมาตรของสารละลายที่เครื่องสามารถรับน้ำหนักได้สูงสุด (Maximum stirring volume) คือ 6 ลิตร
เครื่องสามารถให้ความร้อนช่วงอุณหภูมิได้ตั้งแต่ตั้งต้น ณ.ขณะนั้นถึง 320ºC และเครื่องจะควบคุมอุณหภูมิในช่วง 60 ถึง 320ºC
อัตราเร็วของการกวนสาร 100 ถึง 1700 rpm
มอเตอร์ชนิด Stt. Motor มีความทนทาน สามารถใช้งานได้นาน
ฮีสต์เตอร์ให้ความร้อน(Heater) ใช้กําลังไฟ 550 Watt

มีการเคลือบแผ่น Hot Plate ด้วยเซรามิคอย่างดี (Ceramic coated Stainless Steel Top Plate) จึงสามารถป้องกันการกัดกร่อนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ แม้ต้องสัมผัสกับกรดแก่หรือด่าง (Strong acid and base) จึงช่วยให้ใช้งานได้อย่างสะดวกและมีความทนทาน
สามารถปรับระดับความเร็วของการเขย่าได้อย่างแม่นยํา โดยการหมุนปุ่มปรับความเร็ว
ใช้มอเตอร์ในการควบคุมความเร็วในการหมุนของ magnetic bar ซึ่งก่อให้เกิดกระแสไฟที่ผู้ใช้สัมผัสได้น้อยมาก นอกจากนั้น Stainless Steel ยังสามารถทนต่อการปรับอุณหภูมิที่แตกต่างกันมากๆ (Thermal shock) ได้อีกด้วย โดยที่ไม่แตกหัก และมีอายุการใช้งานของมอเตอร์ที่ยาวนาน

The case(body) painting is treated with KARUMEL powder coating so that it withstands peeling due to external impacts and scratches.
The ceramic-coated heat plate withstands long-term exposure to acids and alkali, protecting it against peeling and distortion. |

- Heating Function (Hot Plate)
- Control Method : PID(Proportional Integral Differential) Type.
- Consists of a K-type sensor and an accurate temperature can be obtained by using proportinal control output(PID 4~20mA).
- Temperature Accuracy : Within±1%(based on experiment on liquid).
( The range of error can be widened according to experiment environments in case of
experimenting on solid.
Based on the user’s need, before using, the temperature should be controlled by using a separate thermometer. )
